Inauguration by the promoter ARTPROM of the Bonnafé and Cade buildings in the NOVAXUD district of Le Mans, in the presence of Stéphane Le Foll, mayor of Le Mans.
Tertiary program with 7,800 m² of floor space (4500 for Bonnafé and 3300 for Cade)
• Closed parking lot with 130 spaces and 112 m² of closed and covered parking for 2 wheels
• Around € 11.5 million of works
• Around € 17 million of investments
• Barely 12 months of work for each of the buildings
