Program: Demolition and reconstruction, while preserving the architectural style of the former Mutzig brewery, of a senior living residence comprising 61 residential units, a 100 m² community reception area (ERP – LCR), offices, terrace, technical rooms, waste storage, bicycle storage, 50 storage cellars, and a two-level underground car park providing 47 parking spaces.

International Competition
The driving theme of the project is to distinguish between a low-rise city, which links to the existing urban texture of the traditional city and a high-rise city that animates the new urban silhouette of Port Baku. The low-rise city corresponds to the existing scale of the traditional urban landscape and offers a vibrant urban atmosphere thanks to the use of a shopping center creating a lively and luxurious urban boulevard protected by arcades.

Situated on the northern border of the Bodrum Peninsula, next to the Guendogan Bay, the site covers 46 ha of sloped, rocky terrain with dispersed spots of soil.
The site is crowned by a protected green park on the northern top of the hills. The master plan creates specific communities that follow the principal design guidelines, but develop specific typologies based on their orientation and topographical exposition.

Hybrid Cube - mixed-use development in Almaty - Kazakhstan

Located on the front line of the most prestigious Al Farabi Avenue in Almaty, Kazakhstan, the building "Hybrid Cube" offers great flexibility in the use of land, which can be easily transformed from offices to residences. Two options were proposed:
1. Mixed-use complex with residences, offices and shops (5 levels of flexible offices + 5 levels of residential use)
2. Office complex with retail (flexible 10-storey offices)
With a gross floor area (GFA) of ~ 29,500 m² and 500 parking spaces on two underground parking levels, the two options include:
A one floor height walk through shopping centre with a direct connection to the lobby spaces and a dedicated delivery area.
A roof garden with playgrounds, gardens and a covered auditorium.
