This village will be a laboratory of a new concept of life inspired by the directives of the french government:
An eco-neighborhood that could be an answer to the difficult compromise between densification of cities and quality of life.
This program of 100,000 m2 in total is a real urban part and integrates the cultural heritage of the former psychiatric hospital Hospital Center “Etoc Demazy”, a listed building complex that will be fully rehabilitated and valued.

Anchored within the historic walls of Romainville's Fort, TDF headquarters embraces a subtle architectural approach, seeking to blend heritage and modernity. Dominated by its famous hertzian tower, this exceptional site, structured around bastions and military structures, represents a true fragment of a city within a city, offering a strong geometry that underpins the project. Positioned on the southwest bastion, on the site of former hangars, the building follows the topography of the fort and interacts with its defensive lines, while taking advantage of the spectacular views of Paris and the metropolitan area. The carefully designed layout along the glacis optimizes openings, maximizing the relationship between interior and exterior. The layout of the spaces revolves around a central, green patio, the true heart of the project, designed as a living and communication space for users. This sunken garden creates an atmosphere conducive to informal gatherings and can be transformed into an event space. The building's architecture is distinguished by a zinc-colored metal shell, which envelops the spaces and provides passive solar protection for the workspaces. This fifth façade also houses the technical installations, while also covering the outdoor parking spaces on the ground floor. The roof, designed as a planted belvedere terrace, constitutes a natural extension of the building, offering occupants a relaxation area with breathtaking views of the Plaine Saint-Denis. The program combines modular office spaces, a central atrium bathed in light, and technical laboratories designed to meet TDF's innovation and research requirements. The interior design promotes modular spaces, allowing for flexible use adapted to changing needs. The project also meets parking and accessibility requirements, with 108 parking spaces, several of which are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. Designed as a contemporary building in dialogue with heritage, the TDF Headquarters affirms its roots in the history of Fort Romainville while offering an open vision of the city and its future.

Located on the front line of the most prestigious Al Farabi Avenue in Almaty, Kazakhstan, the building "Hybrid Cube" offers great flexibility in the use of land, which can be easily transformed from offices to residences. Two options were proposed:
1. Mixed-use complex with residences, offices and shops (5 levels of flexible offices + 5 levels of residential use)
2. Office complex with retail (flexible 10-storey offices)
With a gross floor area (GFA) of ~ 29,500 m² and 500 parking spaces on two underground parking levels, the two options include:
A one floor height walk through shopping centre with a direct connection to the lobby spaces and a dedicated delivery area.
A roof garden with playgrounds, gardens and a covered auditorium.
